I’ve always believed that half the enjoyment of a holiday is in the planning. But with hundreds of hotels, attractions, ticket options and conflicting recommendations online, finding the information you actually need can quickly become overwhelming.
That’s why I created Holiday Blueprint — to bring the important details together into straightforward, easy-to-use travel guides.
The aim is simple: research the options, compare what really matters and help you build a holiday that works for you — whether that means getting the best value, avoiding the biggest crowds, finding the right hotel or fitting as much as possible into an unforgettable family trip.
Holiday Blueprint is still growing, and so is the collection of destinations and guides. But every article is built around the same idea:

We want Holiday Blueprint to be a resource you can genuinely use when planning a trip.
Our guides are created using detailed research from official tourism organisations, theme parks, hotels, airlines and other trusted sources, alongside price comparisons, seasonal trends and practical travel planning.
Where information such as prices, opening dates or park policies can change, we aim to keep our guides updated and encourage travellers to check the latest details with the relevant provider before booking.
As Holiday Blueprint grows, we’ll continue adding first-hand experiences, photographs and recommendations from our own travels.
Our goal isn’t to tell you there’s one “perfect” holiday — it’s to give you the information you need to create the right holiday for you.
👋 Meet the Founder
Hi, I’m Gary, founder of Holiday Blueprint.
I created Holiday Blueprint because I genuinely enjoy researching and planning holidays — comparing destinations, finding the right hotels, working out the best time to travel and building itineraries that make the most of every day.
What started as something I enjoyed doing for my own trips and family holidays has grown into Holiday Blueprint: a place where I can turn that research into practical guides that help other people plan their trips too.
I’m based in the UK, so many of the guides are written with UK travellers in mind — from flight times and school holidays to prices in pounds and the practical differences that matter when travelling from Britain.
Holiday Blueprint is only just getting started. The plan is to keep exploring, researching and building genuinely useful travel guides covering Orlando and many more destinations around the world.
